Di Lusso Artisan Bread Bakery is proud to be Central Oregon's largest artisan bread baker, delivering our bread to nearly 100 local restaurants, clubs, resorts, and grocers. We pride ourselves on the care and effort that goes into creating each and every loaf of bread we bake. Our quality and taste profiles are excellent and hopefully our level of customer services matches.
Each and every day as the sun is rising, our bakers are starting to mix our different doughs, using only the finest and freshest ingredients. Next, our artisan bakers hand shape each loaf and bake them to perfection in our stone deck oven. By evening, fresh baked steamy loaves are coming out of the oven. As soon as they cool to just the right temperature our loaves are bagged and prepared for delivery. Before the sun rises the next morning our delivery crew is on the road delivering the fresh baked loaves to our customers throughout Central Oregon. So know when you are eating Di Lusso Bakery breads at your favorite eatery or the loaves you purchased from a local grocer, that they are as fresh as they can be.
Our signature breads include Baguette, Brioche, Challah, Ciabatta, Country White, English Muffins, Focaccia, Garlic Herb, Jalapeno Cheddar, Kaiser, Marble / Corn / Light Rye, Mediterranean Olive, Potato, Pumpernickel Rosemary, Sourdough, Texas Toast, White and Whole Wheat.
Our breads can be prepared in a multitude of shapes and sizes from sliders, buns and kaiser rolls to pull-apart rolls, paninis, hoagies, stadium rolls and on up to our single and double hand shaped full loaves to our pan shaped sliced loaves.
Our breads can be purchased locally at C. E. Lovejoy's Brookswood Market and Newport Avenue Market in Bend, Oregon, as well as Sunriver Country Store in Sunriver.
A portion of our bread that is not sold daily is donated to local charities.
